Usually yes. Most LED downlights fit standard 90 mm cut-outs, so the ceiling rarely needs patching.
What colour LED should I choose?
Warm white (around 3000K) suits living areas and bedrooms. Cool or natural white (4000K) suits kitchens, laundries and work areas.
